Great to meet you!

Life has its challenges, but you don’t have to face them alone. Seeking therapy is a courageous step, and I am here to provide a safe and brave space where you can learn, heal, and reach your ideal expectations and realities. My practice focuses on supporting adults ages 18+ with minoritized identities, specifically the Black and LGBTQ+ community. I specialize in depression, anxiety, race-based trauma, and LGBTQ+ issues. Let’s go on this journey together.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is based on each person's needs. I utilized a holistic approach focusing on the whole person including their various intersecting identities. I am versed in several therapeutic modalities, but I specialize in narrative therapy, feminist therapy, solution-focused, CBT, and motivational interviewing.

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy is a collaborated process, which means you and I will work together to establish treatment goals and objectives. People can expect to be seen, heard, and validated. While I provide support, I also challenge and hold you accountable to foster growth and achieve long lasting outcomes.
