Great to meet you!

I strive to create a warm and supportive counseling environment where you feel heard and valued. While my approach is grounded in the present, we’ll also explore the past to better understand the roots of your struggles. Therapy is collaborative and informal—we’ll work together to uncover insights and develop practical tools to help you move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

In our first few sessions, we’ll dive right into what’s been weighing on you. My approach isn’t about just talking—I want to help you make real, meaningful changes. Because I’ve been through my own challenges, I understand how difficult it can be, and I bring that perspective into my work. My goal is to help you not just cope, but truly grow and move beyond your struggles.

What you can expect from me

It is my hope that you come away from counseling feeling better about yourself , your relationships, and your life, with tools that help you deal with the difficult thoughts, emotions and behaviors that brought you to counseling.
