Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who attained my Master's in clinical counseling at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I have approximately 15 years of experience providing compassionate and effecting counseling services in an array of settings including both community and hospital based.

I take pride in having the opportunity to serve a diverse population which has included children, adults, couples, and families across a broad spectrum of needs. Some of the unique needs have included supporting individuals who are seeking to gain a better approach to their life while going through difficulties with self-identity, relationship challenges, trauma, substance use issues, or navigating challenging life transitions.

My approach to therapy

Utilizing empirically-based practice, I implement an eclectic skill set which encompasses CBT, DBT, motivational-interviewing, and person-centered approaches to empower my clients to achieve their personal goals and improve their overall well-being. My therapeutic approach is warm and collaborative, as I believe in creating a non-judgmental, safe space for my clients to work in to facilitate personal healing and serve as a foundation for meaningful progress.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect an individualized experience in a warm, safe, and non-judgmental environment that facilitates positive behavioral transformations and progress. As such, my clients will gain a positive life outlook and adopt new attitudes and reactions within their lives.
