Great to meet you!

Finding the right therapist can feel challenging—but once that connection is made, it opens the door to real change. Whether you're exploring difficult emotions, navigating stress, recovering from substance use, or working through behavioral patterns, therapy offers a non-judgmental space for healing and growth.

As a holistic practitioner, I believe in the importance of balance and overall wellness to help people thrive. With over 20 years of experience, I support adults dealing with substance use and recovery, trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, gender dysphoria, and LGBTQ+ identity and relationships. I am an affirming and active ally to the LGBTQ+ community.

Sessions are offered via secure telehealth, increasing access and reducing barriers to care. I'm available by email to schedule an appointment or a free initial consultation. If you’re ready to move forward—toward healing, growth, and self-discovery—I’d be honored to support you on that journey.

My approach to therapy

My experience includes addressing trauma/PTSD, substance use/abuse and recovery, anxiety, depression, transgender and gender dysphoria, and LGBTQ+ issues for adolescents and adults as an ally. I am a certified alcohol and drug abuse counselor. I also write gender affirming letters for gender affirming care when appropriate.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions my goal is helping others increase awareness and insight into their thoughts, feelings and behaviors and finding strength from within. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to address trauma and addictions. My goal is to provide every client with a supportive and affirming environment to best accomplish their own goals.
