Great to meet you!

God uniquely and wonderfully creates every person. In our uniqueness, we can get stuck. I am passionate about walking with individuals as they work to get unstuck, find healing, and find their path to living a fuller life. I have served as a pastor and a prison ministry chaplain. Through pastoral care I have spent considerable time walking with couples as they work through concerns. I have spent much of my chaplaincy working with men struggling with addiction, identity issues, and faith issues.

My approach to therapy

I have led marriage enrichment, spiritual enrichment, and addiction groups. As a parent of a child with special needs, I also have a heart and understanding for the unique struggles parents and families face when caring for someone who has special needs. I will work to incorporate mind, body, and spirit as I walk with you on your journey. Using talk therapy integrated with various faith-based and practical tools I want to collaborate with you to achieve your goals of finding hope and healing.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that clients will leave with new tools and skills that will help them achieve their goals and feel whole and centered.
