Great to meet you!

Sometimes life leaves you carrying things that no one else can see. You may be exhausted from trying to hold everything together while quietly struggling with trauma, addiction, grief, anxiety, or depression. Perhaps you've survived difficult experiences, lost important relationships, or developed coping patterns that no longer serve you. Deep down, you're ready for something to change you just don't want to do it alone.

For more than 12 years, I've helped individuals navigate substance use, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, stress, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly, feel genuinely heard, and begin healing at your own pace. I believe people are incredibly resilient, and with the right support, meaningful and lasting change is possible.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, solution-focused, and grounded in practical strategies that help you create change both inside and outside of therapy. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you, helping you better understand your experiences while building tools that support growth and healing.

I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Seeking Safety, strengths-based therapy, and behavioral interventions. Together, we'll identify patterns that keep you feeling stuck, process painful experiences, strengthen coping skills, and develop strategies that help you move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and emotional wellness.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is a collaborative and supportive process where you don't have to carry everything by yourself anymore. Our first sessions focus on understanding your story, identifying your strengths, and creating goals that feel meaningful and achievable.

Clients often leave therapy feeling more hopeful, less overwhelmed, and better equipped to manage difficult emotions and life stressors. Over time, many experience reduced anxiety, healthier coping skills, improved relationships, increased confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling understood, encouraged, and empowered to create a healthier, more fulfilling future.
