Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker who has spent my entire career working with individuals and families. Over the past 25 years, I have had the opportunity to work with diverse populations in a variety of clinical settings. I specialize in working with adults of all ages experiencing anxiety, depression, grief/loss, mood disorders, interpersonal/relationship issues, life transitions and trauma.

My approach to therapy

Building rapport and having a good connection are two of the most important aspects of the therapeutic relationship. I use a strength-based approach and value collaboration to develop mutual goals and solutions to problems. I use a variety of evidence based treatment modalities which include cognitive-behavioral interventions, motivational interviewing, solution focused therapy and mindfulness based practices.

What you can expect from me

It is my goal to create a warm and accepting environment in which clients feel safe and supported. Please reach out if you feel I might be a good fit for your needs.
