A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize a multi-dimensional approach with the goal of enhancing our client’s ability to achieve stability and growth in all areas of their lives. I am a great believer that laughter is medicine and therapeutic. I present a 12-step focused foundation providing psycho-education, problem identification and behavior modification, exploration of family of origin issues and historical trauma, affirmative self-imaging and long-term goal identification.
