Great to meet you!

My lived experience as a pansexual, neurodivergent woman informs a trauma-responsive, LGBTQ-affirming approach to therapy. Having navigated trauma and mood and anxiety disorders myself, I bring both professional training and personal insight to my work, centering safety, autonomy, and collaborative healing.

My approach to therapy

Therapy can be a space where you reconnect with yourself at your own pace. I strive to create a safe, affirming, and collaborative environment where your experiences are honored and your autonomy is respected. Together, we’ll work toward deeper self-understanding and meaningful growth.

I tailor my approach to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and EMDR. I remain committed to ongoing learning and cultural responsiveness so I can continue showing up thoughtfully and effectively in our work.

What you can expect from me

Our early sessions focus on building safety and understanding. We’ll complete an intake to gather relevant history and collaboratively identify goals that align with what you want from therapy. Nothing is rushed, and your comfort guides the pace.

I show up with openness, empathy, humor when appropriate, and a nonjudgmental stance. I view you as the authority on your lived experience, and I offer tools, insights, and resources to support you in making informed, empowered choices.
