Great to meet you!

Life experiences can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve us. Whether you're struggling with the effects of trauma, anxiety, difficult relationships, or painful experiences from childhood, healing is possible. I believe that lasting change occurs when clients feel genuinely seen, understood, and safe enough to explore the parts of their story that have shaped who they are.

For more than a decade, I have helped adults and couples heal from developmental trauma, relationship wounds, anxiety, grief, and emotional distress. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based treatments, including EMDR, attachment-focused therapy, and other trauma-informed approaches. Together, we'll identify the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, process painful experiences that continue to affect the present, and build healthier ways of relating to yourself and those you love.

My approach to therapy

I believe that healing begins within the safety of a trusting therapeutic relationship. For more than a decade, I have specialized in helping adults and couples heal from trauma, developmental wounds, anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, and emotional distress. Many of my clients have spent years coping with the effects of childhood experiences, difficult relationships, or painful life events that continue to influence how they think, feel, and connect with others. Rather than simply managing symptoms, I help clients understand the root of their struggles so they can experience deeper healing and greater emotional freedom.

My therapeutic approach is warm, relational, and grounded in evidence-based practices.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another and exploring what has brought you to therapy, as well as the goals you hope to achieve. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, relationships, and strengths so I can gain a deeper understanding of your unique story. There is no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with—we'll move at a pace that feels safe while beginning to develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and confident that you don't have to navigate your healing journey alone.
