Great to meet you!

My practice is dedicated to creating a safe and affirming space for adults who identify as LGBTQ2S+, trans/non-binary, and/or neurodivergent. Rooted in my own white, queer, working-class background, I provide culturally-aware care, serving as a collaborator on your journey. I also offer specialized support for parents navigating their child's mental health diagnosis. Together, we will build a trusting relationship where you can explore, grow, and thrive.

My approach to therapy

My practice is a sanctuary for adults, couples, and polycules, particularly those who identify as LGBTQ2S+, trans/non-binary, and/or neurodivergent (Autistic, ADHD, Highly Sensitive) especially those navigating the impacts of trauma, overwhelming "big feelings," dissociation, and the exhausting weight of perfectionism.

Rooted in my own working-class background, I provide culturally-aware care where we can build a safe, empathetic relationship to untangle these struggles together. I also offer specialized support for parents of children with mental health diagnoses, helping to break cycles and foster connection.

What you can expect from me

Our work together is a collaboration focused on your autonomy and your goals. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide support and skilled guidance as you:

  • Reclaim a sense of safety in your body and mind while processing past trauma.
  • Develop practical tools to navigate big feelings, perfectionism, and dissociation with more ease.
  • Strengthen your self-trust and cultivate a more compassionate, authentic relationship with yourself.
  • Build the skills you choose to improve your relationships.

This is a process of empowerment, designed to help you move from struggle toward a life defined by your values and strengths.
