Great to meet you!

You may feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Maybe you're in recovery and trying to build a more grounded life, maybe you love someone struggling with addiction, or maybe you feel burnt out, anxious, or alone. I help individuals navigate addiction, trauma, and co-occurring mental health concerns so they can heal, reconnect with themselves, and create more stability in their lives.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist in long-term recovery and a family member of loved ones affected by addiction, I bring both lived experience and clinical training to my work. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and collaborative. Together, we can address deep-rooted patterns, strengthen coping skills, and help you move toward lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and Internal Family Systems to tailor treatment to your needs. Whether you’re working through substance use, trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety, or life transitions, therapy can help you better understand yourself, set healthier boundaries, and build stability.
