My approach to therapy

Dani provides a collaborative, safe space for adults who no longer feel control of their own lives. If you are in a place where your anxiety and depression are debilitating, you want to heal from past traumas or learn how to better cope with life stressors. She is happy to support you in your journey to self-discovery. Using a client-centered approach, Dani guides her clients in understanding underlying thoughts, feelings, and experiences to personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Dani understands that life is challenging, but it doesn't have to be paralyzing. Through a combination of evidence-based therapeutic practices, mind-body psychotherapies, Brainspotting, parts work, and nature connection, she'll guide you to find your true inner-self and create the life you've always expected!
