Great to meet you!
I hold a Master's degree in Psychology and work from an existential-phenomenological framework, which informs my belief that each person's experiences, values, and unique life story deserve to be understood with curiosity and respect. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in helping clients find meaning, resilience, and a deeper understanding of themselves.
My professional experience spans a variety of clinical settings and populations. I have worked in jail transition services, supporting individuals as they navigated reintegration into their communities. I have also worked in community mental health programs with adults experiencing chronic mental health challenges and substance use concerns. More recently, I have served as a youth therapist and have worked in an emergency department setting, and mobile crisis, helping individuals and families navigate mental health crises and concerns related to risk of harm.
In addition to my mental health background, I actively work within a 911 emergency response system. This experience has strengthened my ability to remain calm, focused, and supportive during times of crisis while maintaining a deep appreciation for the impact that stress, trauma, and life's unexpected challenges can have on overall well-being.
