Great to meet you!

Hello. I'm a board-certified psychiatrist (American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology) serving adult clients in Oregon and Washington. I specialize in treating adults through telepsychiatry video visits through a combination of talk therapy and medication management. I also offer combined psychiatry and addictions treatment, including using medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder.

Thank you for stopping by! I wish you well.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has their own strengths and struggles. I enjoy collaborating with clients to maximize their strengths. Treatment through my practice starts with a video consultation to determine a client's care needs. If telepsychiatry services are appropriate for follow up care, a treatment plan may be discussed that could include medication treatment, talk therapy, or a combination of both. If telepsychiatry treatment is not appropriate, a referral to more helpful care options will be recommended.

What you can expect from me

Creating a sense of hope and collaboration is key to helping clients feel better. Clients who work with me can expect to have a good understanding of their treatment plan and what role they have in that plan. They will have a realistic, practical, and honest assessment of what treatment can and cannot provide. Every client's care plan will be unique to them, with the client as the central figure in their own care.
