Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual clinician specializing in individual outpatient therapy for those navigating challenges with relationships, identity, and self-esteem. I hold a deep focus on multicultural populations and individuals seeking a dedicated space to integrate trans-personal experiences.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered and solution-focused, rooted in a strengths-based and harm-reduction perspective. To meet you where you are, I offer an eclectic style that includes walking sessions on the local greenway. These sessions provide a novel alternative to traditional office settings, allowing us to combine therapeutic dialogue with the mindfulness of nature and the benefits of movement

What you can expect from me

I believe every life story is unique and deserves to be honored with respect. My goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive environment—whether outdoors or in-session—to help you overcome obstacles, gain practical feedback, and move forward to thrive.
