Great to meet you!

I am an experienced therapist helping individual clients cope with addictions, trauma, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I also work with couples on common struggles such as conflict resolution, lack of connection, and reduced physical intimacy. I use evidence-based methods enabling clients to achieve their desired goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In individual therapy, I use several therapeutic methods including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and writing therapy. When seeing couples, my therapeutic methods include the Gottman Method, the family of origin approach, and the Sensate Focus approach to assist in resolving physical intimacy struggles.

What you can expect from our first session

I always use a client-centered approach. I am here to help people achieve their desired goals. I am very transparent with clients on my approaches and the desired effects. I see psychotherapy as a collaboration between therapist and client.
