Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and former U.S. Marine, I understand that life's challenges require both strength and support. My goal is to provide a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where individuals, couples, and families can work through difficult seasons and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

I have a passion for helping families strengthen their connections, supporting couples as they improve communication and rebuild trust, and empowering teens as they navigate the unique challenges of adolescence. I believe every person has the capacity for growth, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they pursue healing and lasting change.

Seeking therapy is a courageous step, and my hope is that you'll feel welcomed, heard, and supported from our very first session.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I strive to meet each client where they are, recognizing that every story is different and every path to healing is unique. Together, we'll identify your strengths, explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools that support meaningful, lasting change.

I believe therapy works best when it is built on trust, honesty, and mutual respect. Whether you're facing anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, family conflict, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I provide a space where you can feel safe to be yourself while being challenged to grow. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to partner with you in building resilience, gaining insight, and creating the life and relationships you want.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation of trust. I'll spend time learning about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, your personal history, and what you hope to accomplish through counseling. We'll also discuss your strengths, support system, and any questions or concerns you may have about the therapy process.

The first session is also a chance for both of us to determine whether we're a good fit. A strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of successful therapy, and I want you to feel comfortable asking questions and deciding whether my approach meets your needs.
