Great to meet you!

My approach to therapy is rooted in understanding that every child and family has a unique story. I use a trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach and incorporate intentional play and structured activities to support growth. When we work together, we partner to build coping skills, improve communication, and support emotional regulation in a way that feels safe, engaging, and meaningful.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and collaborative. I primarily work with children and adolescents, incorporating intentional play, structured activities, and evidence-based interventions to support engagement and growth. I focus on building emotional regulation, coping skills, and self-awareness while strengthening communication within the family system. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and structured environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I begin with an introductory session where youth and caregivers can share their concerns, strengths, and goals. I create a warm, structured environment where clients feel comfortable and supported. Together, we identify initial goals and begin building a plan to support progress at home, school, and in the community.
