Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing care for adults experiencing depression, anxiety, burnout, and stress-related challenges. I work primarily with high-functioning adults and professionals who are finding it difficult to maintain their usual level of focus, energy, or emotional stability. My background includes inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, including experience with complex mood disorders and treatment-resistant depression. I maintain a limited patient panel to ensure consistent, thoughtful care.

My approach to therapy

My approach is structured, practical, and collaborative. I combine medication management with brief, targeted psychotherapy to help improve mood, reduce anxiety, and support day-to-day functioning. Sessions are focused and goal-oriented, with clear recommendations and strategies that can be applied outside of the visit. I also have a focused interest in women’s mental health, including the emotional impact of fertility challenges and ongoing life stress.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll review your current concerns, relevant history, and what’s been most difficult recently, along with what you’d like to improve. I’ll share initial impressions and, when appropriate, discuss treatment options and a clear plan moving forward. Most patients leave the first visit with a better understanding of what’s going on and practical next steps. The environment is supportive, efficient, and focused on helping you move forward.
