Great to meet you!

Along with unconditional positive regard, Danielle utilizes modalities such as motivational interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). She has her LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LCAS (Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist), and is currently working on her RPT (Registered Play Therapy) Certification.

My approach to therapy

Danielle strives to create a safe, non-judgmental and validating environment that allows individuals to explore emotions. She is qualified and skilled to work with children & adolescents who have experienced trauma, attachment disorders, and adjustment disorders. Additionally, she is passionate in working with substance use disorders in adults - past or present. Often times, substance use disorders stem from childhood trauma, making her a wonderful candidate for processing both experiences.

What you can expect from me

Danielle’s therapeutic style is authentic and holistic, establishing comfort and rapport from the very beginning! She believes in the magic of a therapeutic relationship and guidance. Understanding the complexities of being human, Danielle works from a client-centered and strength-based perspective, she continuously reminds clients of their capabilities and accomplishments.
