Great to meet you!

I am an LCSW who has years of experience working with adults, teens and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, and major life transitions. I specialize in helping high-achieving individuals who feel overwhelmed by pressure, control, and high expectations. My goal is to create a supportive, down to earth space where clients feel understood and empowered to grow. I bring both clinical expertise and genuine compassion into each session

My approach to therapy

I take a person centered and trauma-informed, collaborative approach that is tailored to each client's unique needs. I focus on helping clients understand patterns, process difficult experiences, and build practical skills to manage stress and emotions. My style is supportive, down-to-earth, and goal-focused. I work to create a safe space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a warm, welcoming and supportive environment where we begin getting to know each other and discussing what brings them to therapy. We'll talk about goals, concerns, and what they hope to gain from treatment. I focus on helping clients feel comfortable, understood, and clear about next steps. Together, we ll create a plan that feels realistic and supportive.
