Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I believe in taking a total-body approach to mental health. I specialize in working with adolescents and women navigating body image, self-esteem, and the stress of parenthood. If you’re used to putting yourself last, feeling stuck in your own head, or constantly questioning your worth, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to keep operating that way.

My approach to therapy

I’m not a one-size-fits-all therapist, and I’m not here to just nod along. I will support you, but I will also challenge you. My approach is collaborative, direct, and holistic. I incorporate the connection between mental and physical health, including nutrition, movement, and daily habits, because how you feel mentally is deeply tied to how you care for yourself overall.

What you can expect from me

Your first session won’t feel stiff or overly clinical. It’s a real conversation where we get honest about what’s going on and what’s not working. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your experiences, and we’ll start identifying where you want to go and what needs to change.

I’m also aware that you may not fully trust me yet—and that makes sense. I’m a stranger on the internet. Trust isn’t assumed here, it’s built over time through consistency, honesty, and feeling genuinely understood. My goal is to create a space that feels supportive, real, and forward-moving, so you can start to see what working together could look like—without pressure.
