Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with 19 years of experience working with adults that struggle with Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Grief, and Life Transitions. I have a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and a clinical license in the states of Nevada, Arizona, Maryland and Washington DC.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic philosophy is grounded in the belief that effective healing requires a holistic, adaptive, and deeply respectful partnership. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, and a Culturally Sensitive lens to create a highly personalized framework. Rather than forcing you to fit into a rigid treatment model, I adapt evidence-based practices to align with your lived experiences, identity, and personal values.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about establishing a safe, trusting, and confidential space; where you can move at your pace. We will take the time to get to know each other, allowing you to get a feel for my personality and communication style. We will explore your goals for therapy, and collaborate on a plan for future sessions that feels comfortable, manageable, and tailored to your specific needs.
