Great to meet you!

Life rarely prepares us for moments that change everything—but you don’t have to face them alone. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging transitions. As a full time working mother, a dedicated parent, and member of a first responder family, I bring real-world understanding to my work. I specialize in helping first responders and healthcare professionals manage stress and burnout, supporting new parents through postpartum and child-rearing challenges, and guiding individuals as they heal and rebuild after major life changes.

Guided by both clinical expertise and practical experience, I’ve worked in emergency rooms, crisis negotiation teams, and specialized mental health units. I’ve facilitated critical incident and postpartum support groups. My approach blends empathy with evidence-based practices, including cognitive processing therapy, narrative therapy, and person-centered therapy.

Whether you are serving on the front lines, adjusting to the challenges of new parenthood, or trying to find peace through daily life stressors- I offer a space to process your experiences, strengthen resilience, and create a life that feels more balanced, connected, and sustainable.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy and flexibility. I pull from a variety of evidence-based modalities including attachment theory, narrative therapy, cognitive processing therapy, and person-centered therapy. I believe that no two stories are the same, and I’m here to help you make sense of yours while building the tools and confidence to move forward.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is about honoring your resilience, exploring what’s no longer working, and building toward a life that feels more aligned, connected, and sustainable.
