Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress, and addictive patterns. I believe therapy works best when it’s practical, collaborative, and grounded in real life - not just theory.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Communications and later completed my master’s degree in Rehabilitation & Mental Health Counseling. I’ve worked in a variety of clinical settings, providing individualized counseling to adults and young adults facing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal challenges. This diverse background allows me to meet clients where they are and tailor therapy to their unique needs and goals.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in familiar cycles, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply, therapy can be a place to slow down, gain clarity, and move forward with intention. I see the therapeutic relationship as a partnership, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you in that process.

My approach to therapy

My style of therapy is warm, nonjudgmental, and interactive. While I focus on mindfulness-based techniques and cognitive behavioral therapy, I also incorporate other forms of therapy tailored to meet the unique needs of each of my clients. Together, we will take a closer look at your behavioral and relational patterns, discovering how previous events and experiences impact your current functioning.

What you can expect from me

I offer a safe, collaborative space to explore your thoughts, behaviors and feelings. My clients leave the session feeling seen, heard, supported and empowered.
