Great to meet you!

You're exhausted from repeating old relationship patterns, feeling anxious, or noticing that childhood wounds keep running your life no matter how hard you try to move past them. As a trauma therapist, I help over-functioning adults understand how these experiences continue to shape the present, rather than just managing symptoms. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, we will safely map out the protective parts of your system to restore lasting inner peace, clarity, and emotional balance. I bring warmth, patience, and an and open-mind.

My approach to therapy

I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you slow down and get curious about what’s happening underneath those patterns and difficult emotions. We’ll explore the different parts of you that developed through your experiences and work toward understanding rather than judging them.

My goal is to help you feel more grounded and connected to yourself, understand your patterns on a deeper level, and have more choice in how you respond, especially in the moments when your old patterns tend to take over.

What you can expect from me

I will use our initial session to ask questions about your life so that I have important historical information and discuss what you would like to be different in your life, and how I am able to help you with that.
