Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of where to begin, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. I’m a warm, open minded therapist who believes therapy should feel like a space where you can be honest, understood, and accepted without judgment. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, identity concerns, and major life transitions. With five years of experience, I focus on understanding the whole person rather than simply treating a diagnosis. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, gain clarity, and develop tools that support meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and individualized to you. I draw from trauma focused CBT, behavioral therapy, experiential approaches, and problem solving strategies to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns while building skills that you can use in everyday life. I believe therapy should be both a place to process what you have experienced and a place to move forward. We will work together to identify what is getting in the way, build on your strengths, and create realistic steps toward feeling more confident, connected, and in control of your life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for you to share what brought you to therapy at a pace that feels comfortable. You do not need to have everything figured out or know exactly what you want to talk about. I’ll listen, ask thoughtful questions, and work with you to understand your goals and what support would be most helpful. Most importantly, I want you to leave feeling heard, respected, and hopeful about the work we can do together.
