Great to meet you!

I know what it’s like to navigate high expectations, pressure, and uncertainty whether in school, sports, or demanding workplaces. That’s why I approach therapy with a blend of empathy, practicality, and collaboration, helping clients feel supported while also challenged to grow.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in the behavioral health field. My background includes providing therapy in Congressional offices and supporting youth, families, athletes, and professionals through major transitions, identity exploration, and performance-related stress.

In addition to traditional therapy, I integrate sport performance and sport social work to help athletes and teams strengthen confidence, focus, and emotional well-being. My practice is culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and inclusive of LGBTQ+ and first-generation experiences.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, down-to-earth approach, working alongside clients to explore what’s getting in the way, identify strengths, and find strategies that actually fit their lives. Clients describe me as warm, real, and direct with a little humor to make the process feel more human. Together, we build resilience and create lasting tools for thriving in and outside of work.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to help clarify your goals and challenges, and we’ll start exploring your strengths and resources. You can expect a collaborative conversation, where I listen carefully, provide practical guidance, and begin working with you on steps that feel realistic and actionable for making progress.
