Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over ten years of experience supporting women through seasons of stress, transition, and spiritual questioning. I hold a Master’s in Social Work, a graduate certificate in Applied Educational Neuroscience, and a Master’s in Educational Administration. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care and guided by a Christ-centered, relational approach that honors both psychological wisdom and spiritual growth. I focus on working with high-achieving women who feel anxious, burned out, or disconnected from their faith, identity, or sense of purpose. Many seem capable on the outside while secretly overwhelmed, people-pleasing, and exhausted in their soul. Therapy offers a space to slow down, bring your whole self before God, and tend to what has been neglected or carried alone so you can find greater clarity, freedom, and wholeness.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is energetic and inviting. It’s important to me that you feel comfortable, respected, and free to be your whole self—no masks, no performance. While our space will always be safe and honoring, I welcome your full range of expression—tears, laughter, questions, and even silence.

My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and relational. I integrate narrative therapy, somatic awareness, and mindfulness with practical tools to help you understand your patterns and reconnect with yourself. Therapy with me is a sacred pause—where your story is explored with care, your strengths are seen, and lasting change is gently nurtured in mind, body, and soul.

What you can expect from me

My style is warm, engaging, and grounded in grace. I want you to feel free to show up as you truly are without striving or pressure to perform. Our time together is a safe space where tears, laughter, honest questions, silence, and prayer are all welcome.

I take a Christ-centered, whole-person approach. Together, we invite God into your story as we explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop practical tools for healing and growth. Therapy is a place to rest in God’s presence, rediscover your God-given identity, and experience lasting change that flows into everyday life.
