Great to meet you!
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over ten years of experience supporting women through seasons of stress, transition, and spiritual questioning. I hold a Master’s in Social Work, a graduate certificate in Applied Educational Neuroscience, and a Master’s in Educational Administration. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care and guided by a Christ-centered, relational approach that honors both psychological wisdom and spiritual growth. I focus on working with high-achieving women who feel anxious, burned out, or disconnected from their faith, identity, or sense of purpose. Many seem capable on the outside while secretly overwhelmed, people-pleasing, and exhausted in their soul. Therapy offers a space to slow down, bring your whole self before God, and tend to what has been neglected or carried alone so you can find greater clarity, freedom, and wholeness.
