Great to meet you!

I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for support can be one of the hardest steps, and the fact that you’re here already says a lot about your strength and willingness to care for yourself or your family.

I am a fully licensed clinical social worker and trauma therapist with over 7 years of experience in the mental health field. Over the past 5 years, my work has focused primarily on providing trauma-informed therapy for children, adolescents, adults and families.

I hold a master’s degree in social work and have specialized training in trauma-focused treatment approaches.

I have experience supporting individuals and families navigating trauma, anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, and life transitions. Whether I’m working with a child, teen, or adult, my goal is to help build resilience, strengthen connections, and support lasting healing.

I truly believe that sharing our stories in a safe space can be a powerful step toward growth, and I feel honored to walk alongside my clients in that process.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens in safe, supportive relationships. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered as they work through difficult experiences. I am committed to creating an inclusive and affirming space for all clients and welcome individuals of all gender identities, expressions, and sexual orientations.

When working with clients, I focus on meeting them where they are developmentally and emotionally, helping them build the skills and confidence they need to navigate challenges. I also believe that parents and caregivers play an essential role in the healing process, so I work closely with families to provide support, guidance, and practical tools that can be used both in and outside of sessions.

My goal is to help children, teens, adults and families feel understood, strengthen their connections, and move toward healing and growth together.

What you can expect from me

I typically begin with an introductory session where we can talk about what’s been bringing you to therapy and what you’re hoping to gain from the experience. This first meeting also gives us a chance to get to know each other and determine how I can best support you.

I work to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable, respected, and safe. Building trust is an important part of the therapeutic process, and I move at a pace that feels right for each individual and family.

As we continue meeting, we’ll work together to develop goals and build practical skills that support growth, emotional well-being, and resilience. My goal is for clients and families to leave sessions feeling supported, better understood, and more confident in navigating challenges.
