“I want to... but.” Sometimes those few words hold a lot. You want to trust yourself, but part of you still wonders, “What if I’m wrong?” You want to set boundaries, but you worry about disappointing people. You want to make a change, but something keeps pulling you back toward what feels familiar. It can be exhausting to feel pulled in different directions, especially when you don’t quite understand why. The doubt, the guilt, the pull toward what’s familiar—there may be a reason they’re there.
Instead of asking, “How do I change this?” we’ll ask, “Why does this keep showing up?” How you respond today may have made sense at another time in your life.
We’ll explore where it came from and why it’s still here. No need to have it all figured out before you get here. Bring what’s on your mind, and we’ll start there.
