Great to meet you!

I believe in the healing power of laughter while also deeply honoring sorrow, grief, and hard emotions. I hold space for the full range of human experience, and believe joy and pain can coexist and both deserve attention.

I have experience working across the life span, with specialized training in attachment-based therapy, infant and early childhood mental health, and maternal mental health. My work is attachment based-meaning I focus on relationships, with oneself and others, connection, and how early expericns shape how we show up in the world today.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and client-led. I believe that people already carry their own wisdom and answers and therapy offers the space, support and reelction to access them.

I work by listening deeply, asking thoughtful questions, and serving as a mirror, helping you notice patterns, truths and strengths that may be hard to see on your own. Together we slow things down, make meaning, and create room for honesty, insight and growth at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know one another. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you're hoping for, and what feels important for me to understand about you.

There is no presure to share everything at once. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable, focusing on building trust and connection while laying the groundwork for our work together.
