Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, unsure where to start, or worried about your child, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Maryland who works with children, teens, families, and young adults, supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. I believe healing happens best when clients feel safe and supported just as they are.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, meaning we move at your pace and focus on what feels most important to you. With children, I often use play therapy and expressive arts to help them process feelings in ways that feel natural and comfortable. Whether you’re a child, teen, or young adult, therapy with me is a collaborative process where your voice matters.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to feel welcomed into a warm, supportive environment where you don’t have to have everything figured out. We’ll spend time talking about what brings you to therapy and what you’re hoping for. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and exploring how therapy can support you or your family moving forward.
