Great to meet you!

Hi my name is Danielle Spitelle. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Woker. I graduated from the University of Maryland School of Social Work in 2012. I have been doing therapy with children and adults since 2012. I provide a strength-based approach utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused brief therapy, mindfulness training, and psychodynamic therapy. I love seeing change in my clients as they work through the healing process.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to help individuals overcome these obstacles and challenges through providing a safe environment where clients can feel safe to express their feelings, emotions, and process through challenging life events. I strive to provide my clients with a therapeutic bonding relationship where they can feel safe to express their feelings. I love to help people recognize their self-worth, goals, and potential in life.

What you can expect from me

I provide a safe place where individuals can express their feelings, emotions, and work through life challenges.
