Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois and Oregon. I specialize in working with women entering a new phase of life who struggle with feeling overwhelmed, unsure, or like they're falling behind. This includes the anxiety of new motherhood, the self-doubt that comes with stepping into adulthood, or the general pressure of major life transitions. I’m here to support you through the complicated emotions that come with change and uncertainty.

My approach to therapy

I bring warmth, honesty, and a down-to-earth approach to our sessions. My approach is relational and collaborative — meaning we’ll work together in a way that feels supportive and genuine, not one-size-fits-all. I also integrate tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you build self-compassion, stay present, and make room for what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is a space to be real. There's no pressure to “have it all together.” Clients often tell me they feel more grounded and less alone after our sessions. You can expect to walk away with practical tools to manage anxiety and overwhelm, but also a deeper understanding of yourself, your needs, and your values as you move through change.
