Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Danielle. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) 19 years of counseling experience. I support children, adolescents, and families. I am especially passionate about working with individuals who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or alone in what they are carrying. My goal is to support each person in working through challenges, strengthening relationships, and feeling more at peace with themselves. I have a heart for working with those who feel like they are carrying things they can’t talk about. You don’t have to filter or hide here.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is practical, relational, and nonjudgmental. I work to create a relationship where clients feel comfortable being honest about what they’re thinking and experiencing, without fear of criticism or shame.

I use a Skills-Based Approach, drawing from Cognitive-Behavioral strategies to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I also focus on Emotional Regulation, helping clients slow things down, make sense of what they’re feeling, and respond in more effective ways. For clients who are open to it, I also incorporate Christian Faith and Spirituality into the counseling process in a way that is respectful, supportive, and aligned with their personal beliefs.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and understood. We’ll spend time talking through what brought you to counseling, what you’ve been dealing with, and what you would like to see change. There is no pressure to share everything at once—you can go at your own pace.
