As a therapist for the past 18 years I have dedicated my life to being the best at helping people go from stuck to thriving, anxious to calm, hopeless to hopeful. My approach is based on a cognitive behavioral model and is affective in treating individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions and chronic pain.
