Great to meet you!

I have six years of experience providing therapy services to adults, adolescents, couples, and veterans, working with individuals who have experienced trauma. I have also provided group counseling for teens diagnosed with mental health disorders in a psychiatric hospital, and I have 25 years of experience working in the social work field, mainly with families and children.

My approach to therapy

I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help individuals meet their treatment goals, while also integrating dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) strategies such as emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, thoughtful, and caring presence—someone who practices reflective listening, empowers them to become the best version of themselves, and supports their overall well-being.
