Great to meet you!

Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, or life as a neurodiverse adult, therapy can be a place to slow down, let go of masking and self-doubt, and reconnect with who you are. I specialize in helping adults move from self-abandonment toward self-acceptance so they can better understand their needs, honor their strengths, and create a life that feels more authentic and intentional. I'd be honored to support you along the way.

My approach to therapy

My work integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), somatic approaches, DBT-informed skills, and psychodynamic therapy. Rather than relying on a single method, I draw from these evidence-based approaches to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and nervous system, so you can respond to life's challenges with greater confidence, flexibility, and intention. Together, we'll create a space to honor where you are today while making intentional choices that support the life you want to build.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, what you're hoping to gain from the experience, and begin exploring what feels most important to you. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can show up as you are. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable and collaborative. There is no "right" way to show up in therapy. You may need time to think, bring notes, ask questions, or simply start where you are, we'll find an approach that works for you.
