Great to meet you!

Everyone has a story, I would love the opportunity to hear yours! Most of us need help along life’s journey with all of life’s challenges or to simply feel happier. As a therapist I derive satisfaction from helping people sort out the things that are going through your mind, whether it be from life stress, jobs issues, relationship challenges, the wisdom and challenges of aging, addiction or adjusting to life after incarceration. I’m Danyelle, a Social Worker with over a decade of experience helping my clients navigate life's challenges. If you feel stressed out, depressed, are experiencing anxiety or need help with solutions to problems, let’s talk about it, let me be the bridge over troubled water!

I work with clients across the lifespan, from young adults to older adults, and I'm deeply committed to creating a therapeutic space that honors your unique identity, values, and lived experience.

My approach is down to earth, relatable, open minded and supportive. I bring particular expertise in depression, anxiety, stress, addiction, and self-esteem work. I also specialize in helping clients navigate life transitions, communication struggles, isolation, self esteem and social anxiety, I'm experienced in supporting clients through a wide range of concerns—including mood disorders, trauma, attachment issues, relationship challenges, workplace stress, financial concerns, and health-related struggles. I also have specialized knowledge in areas such as women's and men's health, pregnancy, postpartum experiences, adoption and foster care and multicultural concerns. My therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices.

My approach to therapy

I believe in meeting you where you are, without judgment, and working together at a pace that feels right for you. I will guide you as you move toward greater self-understanding, healing, and growth.

What you can expect from me

I always start with a discovery session, where you share your story and what you hope to achieve in your life. We’ll work together to figure out a plan. I create a warm, open minded-judgement free space that allows you to feel comfortable talking about difficult, personal matters and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure and supported. Lets start the journey, one step and one day at at time.
