Great to meet you!

Iam a New York , New Jersey, North Carolina, and Alabama State Licensed Clinical Social Worker , Human and Organizational Psychologist, and Nationally Certified EMT. I received my BA in Psychology from The City College of New York, my MSW from The State University of New York at Stony Brook, and my PsyD from Touro University Worldwide. I have has over 20 years of experience in mental health counseling.

My approach to therapy

I specialized training and research interests in the treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorders, Psychosis, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Eating Disorders, ADHD, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.

What you can expect from me

Your first session will be a welcoming, supportive space where we begin getting to know one another. My goal is to help you feel safe, heard, and respected from the very start.

During this session, we will:

  • Discuss what brings you to therapy at this time
  • Explore any current stressors, symptoms, or concerns
  • Review relevant personal, relational, or mental health history
  • Clarify your goals for therapy
  • Answer any questions you may have about the therapeutic process. The first session is also an opportunity for you to determine whether I feel like a good fit for you. Therapy works best when there is comfort, trust, and collaboration.

I take an evidence-based, compassionate approach and will begin identifying patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may be contributing to your current challenges. Together, we will develop a plan tailored to your needs and goals.

There is no pressure to share everything all at once. We move at a pace that feels appropriate and supportive for you.

I look forward to partnering with you in your healing and growth.
