Great to meet you!

I have over 25 years of experience as a licensed therapist and graduated from Columbia University. I specialize in helping people navigate anxiety, depression and life transitions. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client's unique needs. I integrate evidence-based practices such at Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and psychodynamic techniques to help clients gain insight, build coping skills, and create meaningful change. I believe in fostering a safe non judgmental space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to move toward emotional well being and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, practical, and deeply human. I believe healing happens when we feel truly seen, safe, and supported. I help clients move from self criticism to self connection. My style is both nurturing and direct- I'll listen deeply, but I'll also challenge you to grow. Together, we'll get curious about your patterns, build emotional awareness, and develop tools that create real, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

You don't need to be "perfect" to feel better- you just need to start showing up for yourself. My goal is to help you do the with clarity, courage and self compassion. In our first session my goal is to Crete a space where you can exhale, drop the mask, and just be honest about what's going on. What matters most is that you show up, and that you're ready to start understanding yourself in a new way.
