Great to meet you!

HI! I'm Darby Rosenberger, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. I earned my nursing degrees from Emory University (BSN), Vanderbilt University (MSN), and the University of Alabama (DNP). With 5 years of nursing experience across inpatient and outpatient settings, I provide psychiatric care to adults 18 and older, with an emphasis on creating a welcoming, judgement-free environment where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach to psychiatric care is collaborative, evidence-based, and holistic. Through my fellowship training with Psychiatry Redefined, I have expanded my knowledge of integrative and functional psychiatry, emphasizing the connection between mental health, physical health, nutrition, and lifestyle. I combine evidence-based psychiatric treatments with supportive psychotherapy and lifestyle interventions when appropriate, tailoring care to your individual needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We will discuss your current concerns, mental health history, lifestyle, and personal goals. I encourage open communication and welcome your questions so we can explore treatment options together. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, informed, an d confident about the next steps in your care.
