Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 18 years of experience, I am passionate about supporting first responders. I believe they give their all to their careers yet often lack the grace and understanding they need in challenging times. Having worked closely with them, I understand the unique stressors of the job and their impact on individuals and families.

My approach to therapy

Every individual has a unique story and deserves a personalized approach to care. My approach to therapy is to be client focused, we start where you are at. I focus on your strengths and work toward solutions to issues you identify. Open communication and mutual respect are essential to me, and I’m here to listen, challenge, and support you every step of the way. I am compassionate, empathic, empowering, direct and transparent. I believe accountability is the key to long lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I begin with an introductory session where you can share your story and your goals for therapy. Together, we’ll explore what you hope to achieve. I aim to create a warm and welcoming environment that encourages openness while ensuring you feel secure. In our subsequent sessions, we’ll collaborate to turn your goals into reality.
