Great to meet you!

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges with greater clarity, connection, and resilience. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel understood, supported and empowered within the context of their relationships.

My work is grounded in a systemic, strengths-based approach that honors each client's unique experiences, values, beliefs and goals. I help clients address concerns such as relationship conflict, communication difficulties, life transitions, anxiety, stress, grief, childhood trauma, stress and emotional disconnection. I also believe that many of the difficulties that we experience in adulthood have beginnings in childhood traumas. I use Positive Mind Management to identify and resolve childhood traumas. Whether you are seeking support as an individual, couple or family, I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where growth and healing can take place.

As a therapist practicing in Idaho, I am committed to providing ethical, culturally responsive care tailored to the needs of my community. I view therapy as a partnership and work alongside clients to identify patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools that foster lasting change.

Reaching out for support is an important step, I welcome the opportunity to walk with you as you work toward healthier relationships and a more fulfilling life

My approach to therapy

I focus on building on strengths and find the success that each individual or couple has and help them create a plan to achieve their goals.
