Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Dare. If you’ve spent your life holding it all together for everyone else, I see you. I work with people who tend to hold a lot and are ready to break free from survival mode and step into a life that feels whole. My approach is both deep and practical, blending reflective conversations with body-based techniques to help you regulate emotions, untangle generational patterns, and build a life that feels truly yours. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about rediscovering the parts of you that have always been worthy.

My approach to therapy

Healing isn’t just about understanding your past, it’s about reclaiming your present. I take an integrative approach, combining deep reflection with practical tools to help you feel more grounded in yourself. Through conversation, somatic practices, and compassionate exploration, we’ll work together to break free from patterns that no longer serve you. My goal isn’t to offer quick fixes. It’s to help you build emotional resilience, reconnect with your body’s wisdom, and move through life with greater ease and authenticity.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about more than just gathering information, it’s about making sure you feel seen. We’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy, where you feel stuck, and what healing could look like for you. Whether you’re struggling with overwhelm, navigating attachment wounds, or untangling generational patterns, I’ll meet you where you are. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of what our work together can look like and practical steps toward a more grounded, fulfilling life.
