Darlani is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults navigating stress, anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement, relationship concerns, life transitions, and periods of significant emotional or situational change.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. She integrates mindfulness-based, client-centered, strengths-based, cognitive behavioral, and solution-focused approaches to help clients better understand their experiences, recognize their existing strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and move toward meaningful change.
Darlani earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Religion from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa and her Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, from Chaminade University of Honolulu.
Born and raised on Oʻahu, Darlani brings an appreciation for Hawaiʻi’s diverse cultures and the importance of connection, family, community, and place. She believes people are often more resilient than they realize and values helping clients reconnect with that resilience during difficult seasons of life.
