Great to meet you!

I have been a Licensed Social Worker and Counselor in New York for over 20 years. I graduated from Hunter College School of Social Work in 2001 and I have B.S degree in Criminal Justice. I have been working with individuals who have been through traumatic experiences in their lives including those who have suffered from chronic anxiety, depression, and issues with substance abuse. In addition, I have experienced working with families who have been exposed to the criminal justice system and CPS.

My approach to therapy

My counseling approach is to treat my clients from a person-centered and non-judgmental approach. I want every client to feel safe with me and understand that whatever it is that may keeping them from living the life they want, it can be achieved together.

What you can expect from me

They can expect to feel a sense of relief from having to share a weight off their shoulder and for once having their voice be heard.
