Hi, I’m Darlene Gardner, founder and lead therapist at Destined for Healing. I’m a licensed clinical social worker with nearly a decade of experience walking alongside individuals and couples as they navigate the complexities of life, relationships, trauma, and healing.

I created this practice as a sacred space where your story is honored and your healing is taken seriously. My approach is warm, relational, and grounded in evidence-based care. I specialize in helping clients move through anxiety, depression, emotional wounds, faith-related concerns, and relational struggles with compassion and clarity.

While I welcome clients from all walks of life, I also offer Christian-integrated therapy for those who want to incorporate their faith into the therapeutic process. There’s never any pressure, just an open invitation to bring your whole self into the room.
